So after Marc Jacobs lost all his weight, he decided to share his little secrets. Beyond dropping the drugs and alcohol, his plan included intervals of cardio, weights, ab work, and lunges. But cardio doesn't mean high speeds, it means resistance. Weights mean small numbers, but many reps. And food means small portions, several times a day. Most importantly, he advices the proper food: pre work out, eat oatmeal or fruit because you need carbs for energy. Post, snack on a fruit smoothie or protein shake within two hours to restore your vitamins and nutrients.
